Refund Policy:

If you are not happy with something you bought online, you can return it and get a voucher for the same amount (minus the shipping cost) to use on our website. You must do this within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we cannot help with returns.

To return something, you need to talk to our customer support first. They will listen to why you are not happy. Then, our Head of Support will check your case and make a decision. If your reason is good, we will allow the return and give you the voucher.
